Inter Milan ace Kwadwo Asamoah has expressed his excitement after joining his Black Stars teammates in camp for the first time in four years.
The 29-year-old arrived in Addis Ababa on Tuesday night to join the rest of the players as they prepare for their Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Kenya.
Asamoah last played for the Black Stars against Portugal at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil where Ghana lost 2-1 to exit the tournament.
His return is good news for the Black Stars who have set sights on winning next year's Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon following a 36-year drought.
It’s a special feeling always, when in national team colours. Very excited to be back home for national team football. #AFCON2019Q #KENGHA #BlackStars pic.twitter.com/ZqpofnNJfb
